1. Description of the Service

Think Big Shop Small is a free, searchable online directory of small businesses located in New England (Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island). The Site allows visitors to search listed businesses by name, city, state, zip code, or category, and allows business owners to submit or update their own listing information free of charge.

2. Business Listings

2.1 Submitting a Listing. Anyone submitting a business listing through the Site represents that they are the owner of the business, or are authorized by the business to submit its information on its behalf.

2.2 Accuracy. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any information you submit, including contact details, website links, and social media links.

2.3 No Guarantee of Inclusion. We do not guarantee that any submitted listing will be added to, or remain on, the directory. We may edit, decline, remove, or update any listing at our sole discretion, at any time, and without notice — including in response to inaccurate, outdated, offensive, or fraudulent information.

2.4 License to Publish. By submitting a listing, you grant Amplify a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute the submitted information on the Site and in related promotional materials (including our associated Facebook groups), for as long as the listing remains active.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information;
• Submit a listing for a business you do not own or are not authorized to represent;
• Use the Site to submit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

The name "Think Big Shop Small," associated logos, and the design and organization of the Site are the property of Amplify, a division of Resonetrics LLC, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission. Business names, logos, and content submitted by listing owners remain the property of those respective owners.

5. Third-Party Links & Content

The Site contains links to third-party websites and social media pages (including individual business websites, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages, and our community Facebook groups). We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or page. Your use of any linked third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all listing information are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that listing information is accurate, complete, or current, as it is primarily supplied by third-party business owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplify and Resonetrics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any listing information, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amplify, Resonetrics LLC, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your submission of a listing, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any listing or restrict access to the Site, at any time and without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
